The packing is looking smooth but it looks like I need to speed up on things! I bumped onto a friend in the poc carts and I told her about our big move and she was so excited for us. With school holidays happening it’s even harder to get things done cos my son is always turning up in our home office.

Tomorrow is another busy day and we are getting our first furniture delivery… yeah! In a few days’ time, there’ll be more work and mess.

This Christmas, we’ll be spending a quiet one in Brissy and I may not need to shop like before. I was asked to go shopping for cigar brands for my uncle on mom’s behalf but time is a big factor here. With the big move coming back, I have absolutely no time to go to the store. Perhaps I’ll reserve the shopping for my trip to Singapore where I’ll be catching up with a few close friends before my move in December.

I can’t wait to head home and feel homely again… I’m beginning to agree what they say by home is where the heart is!

I have been doing my stretches every morning and it makes me feel good. It feels nice when the body is ‘lengthened’ and challenged regardless of how simple those stretches may be. Though I don’t need to go on diet or get on to any top rated diet pills, I know this works well for some people. I hope to find a good pilates class when I move to brissy in two months’ time. But I’m actually quite excited about getting a bicycle where I can bike around the park.

With all the packing and house cleaning in the next few weeks, it would be good exercise for my limbs though I wish I’m exercising the optimum way!

There are a few things I want to buy before I move down under. One is a Bottega Venetta bag and the other a luxury watch. I was looking around for some nice ladies models and some of the brands I have singled out include Patek Philippe, Cartier and Rolex. I do feel a pinch investing in another luxury watch but it’s just nice to keep one and who knows, it might be passed on to the next generation.

While I certainly have not much time to juggle with these thoughts, I am still finding time to read a magazine and have a meal with good friends. It’s the weekends and mine is just full again.
