Controlling My Appetite

I’m so excited this morning to learn about a mom I met has been going to the gym four times a week for personal training and circuit. I thought that was a great idea to begin with.

I know that many women have tried all ways to lose weight and some had even used the best weight loss pill but if there is no discipline, there is just no results at the end. I was too pleased to learn that I had put on a couple of kilos since coming here so I really need to find a place where I can work out and stay trimmed. I love food so the only way to enjoy my food is to exercise and control my portions. But when the weather is cold, it can be hard to curb those cravings!
