I often hear a common complaint from my friends and they will be talking about how hard it is to lose that tummy. This tends to come from those who have had children and suffer from a bulging tummy.
Like it or not, it can be hard to learn how to lose belly fat if you aren’t that active sort. I have a friend who loves running and she’s lost lots of weight in the process. But somehow she’s had no luck on her tummy or belly. She even thought about belly dancing to combat that bulge but it may be no guarantee for that. The best is probably to combine exercise with the right diet and with determination, the belly should be of a better tone.
