Many people talks about losing weight and they will do all kinds of things to watch the scale goes down.
But do you know that there are also many who are taking weight gain supplements to put on a few pounds. Well, my mom often says that women should be too skinny and it does look good to have some ‘healthy’ fats! I believe in a balance and too bony may make the person looks sickly. As long as you are of a good portion, I don’t think being skinny is the ‘in’ thing at all.
