I have decided to exercise on my rebounder from now on as I haven’t been able to make time for any more pilates classes. The rebounder is a good form of exercise equipment that doesn’t cost much. Plus it is gentler on the knees than jogging.
For those who want to slim down, the rebounder is also beneficial too. Apart from taking weight loss pills, you can bounce on the rebounder for 15 minutes a day and you should be able to see some results. To make it more effective, continue with abs exercise and stretches. If you can still remember your Pilates bridging and roll ups and downs, they can be used to compliment your workout program.
