Keeping slim is a dream of many men and women and thousands will go great length to achieve this dream and goal. This is definitely not a bad thing at all.
I have been doing my stretches every morning and it makes me feel good. It feels nice when the body is ‘lengthened’ and challenged regardless of how simple those stretches may be. Though I don’t need to go on diet or get on to any top rated diet pills, I know this works well for some people. I hope to find a good pilates class when I move to brissy in two months’ time. But I’m actually quite excited about getting a bicycle where I can bike around the park.
With all the packing and house cleaning in the next few weeks, it would be good exercise for my limbs though I wish I’m exercising the optimum way!
