I’ve been thinking about a second baby but fear grips me once I think about the delivery room. Childbirth can be a pleasure to a small group of women but for me, it’s just anxious.
I’m one of those who don’t have to worry about how to reduce stretch marks and I’m thankful. I did rub some creams and ointment to prevent those stretch marks but I think the best way to avoid that is to control your eating during pregnancy. I believe my Pilates has also helped to prevent stretch marks and sagging tummy skin after childbirth.
With that in mind, I guess it isn’t too scary being a mother again. But I must be geared up for less sleep and time for myself. It’s quite hard to pay that price I must say.
