Pilates and My Weight Gain

I have realized that I have taken such a long break from Pilates fitness and I’m feeling so lethargic. With so much happening at home and a list of tasks on my plate, it’s just hard to find time to go for classes.

More so, my Pilates instructor had gone on maternity leave and it gave me more excuses to be away from classes. I find myself searching for information on what is the best diet pill since I am putting on a few kilos within a short time. It must be stress causing it as I’m not sort who puts on weight when I’m under stress.

Well, I think I’d better put on a Pilates video and do some workouts before I can’t fit into my skinny jeans!
