Missing Pilates Classes

I havent been to Pilates classes for more than two months and I’m beginning to miss those stretches and exercises.

It’s been pretty crazy at home with so many things to do and taking care of work. I am glad to take some short trips to nearby countries amidst the busy schedule and this is when I take a break from the mundane too. I’m looking at some healthcare brochures as I may be picking up a course in natural health. There is a demand in healthcare job down under and this has always been my passion. I may even consider taking up a course in Pilates to educate myself in the exercise.

But the most important thing to do now is to find time to get back to Pilates and get those muscles working again.
