Updates and Pilates

I haven’t been to Pilates for two weeks and I’m feeling quite stiff already. This morning, I tried jumping on the rebounder for 10 mins before stretching out with the balance ball. Not quite enough for a good sweat and better than none!

Last weekend had been busy for me as attended two days of property seminar. It is always good to upgrade and learn more regardless of what age you are in. Learning keeps the mind active and sharp. This week, I need to do some business card printing before our island trip on Thursday. We are traveling with a big group of friends to the islands and it will be a fun trip for the kids as they enjoy the beach and sun.

Hopefully I’ll be back in Pilates next week onwards when everything else settles down.
