Having a home gym can be very helpful when you are too busy to attend a Pilates class. The nice thing about Pilates is that you don’t need many equipment except for a good mat and a balanced ball.
I haven’t been to any class in the last two weeks as my instructress had gone on maternity leave. So I took the morning off to get a set of 108R00724 before heading home for home Pilates. I’m pretty used to working out with a video so it’s ok with me. With a balanced ball, I can do my regular stretches and do some simple breathing and exercises, which is cool.
Perhaps I should make time for a Pilates class next week onwards. I believe it’s good to get back to it before my body becomes too stiff!
