After my Pilates exercise this morning, I felt like my body had worked for three full hours! Though it was only an hour, it was tiring!
We did a lot of oblique work this morning and the 100s made me feel like the neck was breaking! I found myself peeking at the clock and watching it tick when I was half way through the workout. It was like “when is it going to end!”. Well, it was a good workout but I was just deprived from a good sleep last night.
I went to shop for a set of Hinkley lighting before heading home for a rest. And no, I didn’t get my rest cos my little one was back to school early. So with a busy day like this, its time to turn in early and recharge this tired body.
