Feeling Lethargic In the Mornings

Lately, I have been feeling lethargic in the mornings and I feel that my body is craving for more sleep. I try doing some Pilates whenever I’m too sluggish as the deep breathing and stretching would do some help to my tired bones.

Sometimes we all wish we can sleep a little longer, and like my little six year old, we wish we can sleep all day! On the weekends, I tend to feel more relaxing and all I like to do is to sit in front of our HDTV and watch a good movie with my son. It’s nice just to sit around and do nothing and this is what a weekend should be – relaxed, slow and easy. I used to work over the weekends but I’ve learned to take it easy these days. We need to enjoy life as it is too short.

Having said that, I’m heading for a session of Pilates and hopefully when I returned, I’ll be all refreshed and rejuvenated – all ready to get in the gear again.
