Skip Pilates Class

I decided to skip Pilates class yesterday as I needed to go my aching and hurting shoulders a real break. For situations like these, I would prefer a one on one training with a certified Pilates instructor… just to treat the problem areas.

This is when I realize how important it is to have a good pillow, a comfortable bed and a therapeutic mattress. When you have a back ache or problem spine, it is important to sleep on a good mattress so as to avoid any further injury or pain. I have been rubbing ointments on my shoulders every night to relieve the pain which was an old injury that was left untreated.

HOpefully, I should be back to my Pilates class next tuesday. With more rest and sleep and less stress on my arms, my shoulders should recover in no time!
