As the economy begins to show improvement, a few of my friends have started to send out their resumes. One year ago, the GFC had hit many households and we saw many people losing their jobs. As such, there was also a slow down in the Pilates studio as many could not afford the membership fees then.
With improving times, business is back as usual for some businesses and there are more jobs out there now. People who are searching for jobs in finance have seen more openings compared to last year and hopefully, it will continue to move uptrend. The Pilates studio is gaining more clients and sign-ups for new classes too with this economic growth. I believe it is good for everyone in the long run since things weren’t that rosy one year ago.
I’m looking forward to a break this weekend as our family travel for a vacation. Then it’s back to burning calories after a vacation of dining and shopping. It’s nice to get a break like that every now and then.
