Pilates and more Pilates

So I’m down to one pilates class a week and I’m wondering if I’m doing the right thing. After attending Pilates classes for more than a year, it’s become a part of me and I have become more aware of my breathing and movements. It’s definitely done alot of good to my physical body.

Last week Pilates was a real cardio one with fast and repeated movements. It was quite tiring at some point but enjoyable. At times, the classes can be slow and too easy so a little cardio is a nice zest to the flow of the exercise. My cousin in the states has been hunting for Philadelphia jobs and with the spare time she had, she took up Pilates too. I introduce some videos to her and after watching them, she finally decided to sign up for a Pilates class. Now that she has started exercising regularly, she’s liking Pilates more and more each day.
