I was a little surprised with the Pilates studio class attendance yesterday. The festive is over and I thought it would be a full class but there were only two of us. And though it was just two of us on the machine, we had a good workout and I had a good session still.
As usual, I came home straight after class and went straight to work. The internet was good and I managed to get a free life insurance quote online. I was further pleased to see that one of my Pilates website had sold another Mari Winsor Pilates CD.
This weekend, I’m shopping for a Pilates video so that I can work out at home with my Mat. This may save me some time in getting stuck in the traffic jam which I really dislike it.
