Reading Up Home Remedies

Since this is a week of break from my regular Pilates exercises, I am taking time to catch up with my study on home remedies.

I have always believe that nature has its answers to everything and it’s good to always go back to the basics. Some time ago, I was searching for home remedies for acne instead of turning to drug prescriptions. I have read that apple cider vinegar is a good remedy for acne skin, so does tea tree oil. Whenever I get a break out, I will rub a little apple cider vinegar on the affected area and leave it to dry. The enzyme in the vinegar will dry up the area and reduce the inflammation.

In the next few days, I will be reading up more remedies for the better of our family health. Perhaps, I should also go shopping for a Pilates book for my personal fitness.
