This is another festive season break for me as I took time off from Pilates classes. It’s also a travel perio for my family as we made our way home to celebrate reunion with our loved ones.
I have been doing my roll ups and basic breathing exercises in the morning. I have to admit that I can’t spend more time doing these exercises due to my busy schedule in the morning but it’s still better than nothing. My hubby is thinking about adding an elliptical
for our home gym since we both don’t belong to any club membership.
With all the festive snacking and dining, I can’t wait to head back to classes and tone up my body again. I’m really glad that Pilates is becoming a part of me unknowingly!
