It’s Tuesday tomorrow and I’m looking forward to my Pilates studio class. I haven’t done the apparatus for a while (since my November vacations!) and I can’t wait to get back on it again.
I enjoyed the apparatus as they challenge my body and I can really feel that I have had a good workout after every session. Another thing is, the class is kept small at four students so we can still get the private attention of the instructress. Besides that, we can all go at the same pace, which is a plus point. When you are in a class of students with different levels, the pace can be slower.
I would need to run some errands and check out some electrical supplies after my Pilates class tomorrow. Then it’s back to my home office and by then, I’ll be refreshed and ready to start work.
