Yesterday, I spoke to my cousin on the phone after sending her my birthday wishes. After asking her about her wishes for the year, she told me she was working towards losing 10 pounds, and I told her to head to a Pilates class or start going to the gym!
My cousin has never been to a Pilates class and she’s been struggling over her weight issues after her pregnancy and has been trying out various solutions. I told her that there may not be anyquick weight loss solutions and she would need to start exercising. This seems to be very challenging as she has a busy schedule everyday. This is the reason most people give when I talk to them about exercising.
As for me, I’m looking forward to a good Pilates mat class tomorrow. This is also a good time out for my body and mind.
