As I run through my goal list for the year, I notice a few similarities with last year’s goals. Goal setting is important for many who need some kind of motivation to move forward in their lives. Earlier last year, I wanted to pick up Pilates and am glad I did so.
Pilates has certainly helped me to gain a better fitness level and I have also learned how to breathe better. Learning what it can do for me and my health is what I benefit most from the workout and exercise. Some people tend to think that this is only suitable for women but it is not true at all.
