Pilates Is Great for All Ages

It was great to have a full Pilates group class this morning. The momentum and dynamics motivate everyone to push their bodies and complete the workouts in zest.

We did alot on the abdominal and lower body workouts during the one hour class and I could feel my core tiring out! After many weeks of core workouts, I can feel a difference in my posture and stamina. I have to admit that I do feel tired on some sessions but it felt great to stretch the body and challenge it to greater achievements.

Perhaps, you may want to grab a Pilates video or grab some books to learn more about how Pilates can help you in your health goals. Remember that it’s not just for losing those extra pounds or getting rid of those flabs. It’s about strengthening the core, increasing flexibility in your movements and working on those unused muscles. What’s great is that Pilates fitness is fantastic for all ages.
