Pilates and Holiday Season

My Pilates instructor was cracking a joke about how Christmas is barely two months from now and that this is also the most difficult time for many people to lose weight.

With holiday season approaching, people tend to eat more than they need in social and family parties and gatherings. Amidst the fun and enjoyment, we can forget about our health and how we look physically! Perhaps, all the holiday preparing like fixing up the artificial christmas tree, wrapping presents and shopping can burn some calories but then, not good enough for weight control!

So if you are afraid to go ‘out of control’ with your weight this season, you may want to work harder in your Pilates classes now and try scheduling some time to DIY in between those holidays.
