It seems like yesterday that I was still talking about new goals for the year and what I was planning to achieve. It’s unbelievable that we are now in the month of October and soon, we are ushering into the new year. In other words, I have been practising Pilates for more than nine months – wow!
I was chatting with a few friends and we were discussing about our achievements and activities for this year. One of them set out at the start of the year to seek for acne treatment and she has seen much improvements on her face. My other girl friend and myself were both glad that we had been going for Pilates classes and we have been feeling better, stronger and more flexible. Pilates training is one exercise I will continue when I reach my 40s. Though certain movements can be challenging but that’s how the body can be pushed to reach further limits. There is no rush in mastering any movement as Pilates is all about control and stability.
As the year is ending in two months’ time, it’s time to set new goals for the new year. If you haven’t come close to achieving any of your goals set earlier, it’s not too late to start doing so.
