After a week of break from Pilates classes, I was back this morning. It felt a little tired after a break and somehow, the head was feeling heavy and an hour of workout felt forever.
As usual, I felt so great after the class though I didn’t perspire alot. The workouts was easy enough for a tired body yet I knew that my core was warming up again from the break. Sometimes I took some movements for granted and lost my focus. As a result, I may not achieve the full benefits of the workout. I felt like I needed a nap when I got home, especially when I saw the dark eye circle from the disturbed sleep the last few nights.
It looks like I would need to work harder on my core in my next Pilates class and strengthen my weak areas again. For now, it’s time to get some beauty sleep and get ready for another day’s challenges.
