Took a break from Pilates Classes

I took a break from Pilates classes when my instructor went on a 2 weeks vacation. It didn’t do me much good cos I was feeling lethargic and restless after that break.

During those two weeks, I occupied myself by preparing for my son’s birthday party and shopping for holiday gifts. Hopefully those activities can help to burn some calories. Sometimes, it’s good to take a short break from the regular Pilates exercises as the body needs to rest and recuperate too.

Next week, it’s back to my regular group Pilates class and the core muscles sure need some building again.
