Pilates for all ages

Ever since I started attending Pilates, my social network circle has grown. I met all kinds of women who are just as ardent as the exercise itself. Some ladies are in their 50s and it is encouraging to note their commitment towards the workout.

I knew of a lady who was undergoing cancer treatment & prescriptions and she never failed to attend her classes faithfully whenever she was up to it. Even though she’s ill, she still believe in building her health and maintaining her fitness. It is commendable. Pilates is one exercise that is suitable for people of all ages as the workout itself can be customized by the experienced instructor.
