A Smooth Pilates Workout to Achieve Health Goals

After nine months of pilates workout, I met many different individuals who picked up the workout for various reasons. For myself, I wanted to increase my flexibility and strengthen my core muscles. For some others, their goal is to rehabilitate a bad back or improve mobility.

I had overtime heard some conversations between some participants and the instructors. Their question is often pertaining to Pilates and how to burn fat during the workout. Pilates has been known to help to lose weight as one challenge the movement and burn fat in the body. For that to happen, a serious of workouts should be carried out intensively within an hour or during the Pilates class. A good instructor is responsible to ensure a smooth flow of Pilates exercises throughout the class.
