Tiring Pilates Session

Due to my detox this week, I found it a struggle to perform certain workouts during my group studio class two days ago. It was tiring and almost an agony.

We had a small class that morning so my Pilates instructress took the opportunity to focus dedicated workout for each of us. It was nice of her to do that but I wasn’t physically ready for it! It started of with a simple warm up on the stability ball which led to some tiring movements of the allegro and box. I had to remind her to go easy on me cos I had not much energy for those advanced moves! It ended up with waist stretches which was what I needed.

I got home that morning from my Pilates class feeling a little tired. I couldn’t wait to drink up that glass of slow juices before heading on to check on the internet for term life insurance quotes for the family.
