Another Good Group Reformer’s Class

My muscles are aching from yesterday’s group reformer class. It was a very good workout. All thanks to my creative and experienced Polestar Pilates instructress.

We did a lot of leg presses and arms before ending with some butt work. The workout was smooth and time just passed so fast! There was alot of focused breathing throughout all the workouts, something that I enjoy in all Pilates workouts. Some people think that no efforts are needed in Pilates but this is a definite myth! Though most of the Pilates workouts and moves aren’t cardio based, the core muscles are working hard to build strength.

After the Pilates class, I wash up with my acne cleanser before heading off to a well deserved lunch. Looking forward to another great class.
