I sat down with a friend for a coffee the other day and shared with her my fun stint with pilates the last few months.
She’s been trying to lose some weight since 2 years ago and due to her busy work schedule, this goal hasn’t been met for a long time. She tried weight losss supplements and other weight loss diets but what she didn’t know was that, even these efforts needed time and discipline. This is the same with exercise and fitness. We need to exercise discipline to achieve our goals whether you desire to build muscles, maintain your health, stay in shape or have a well toned body.
Pilates can help with some of the above goals but only if you put in efforts to achieve them. I’m feeling a little down that I can’t go for my pilates class tomorrow due to a bad knee… I can’t wait to be up and running again.
