The last weekend was an amazing one as I flew to Singapore for the Polestar Pilates asia conference. It was a great gathering of Pilates enthusiasts and I had the opportunity to learn some nice workouts with few key Polestar educators.
I was initially filled with anxieties that I couldn’t manage some of the Pilates exercises since I had only begun my Pilates journey early this year. But it turned out great and my concern just faded away after the first baby arc master class. The instructor Dav Cohen made it so fun, easy and engaging and it wasn’t intimidating at all!
I had to sneak out early and couldn’t finish off the intermediate and advanced mat class. I promised to get some equestrian apparel for a friend before heading for the airport. It was a real eye opener for me and I looked to doing more of these in down under in two years’ time.
