Pilates works along with Sacrifice

Without a shadow of doubt, Pilates is a great exercise for all ages but still, it is hard to convince people that it is an effective workout. I showed my husband a Pilates video a while ago and he asked if a workout like that could really do anything for the person. I told him that if it was done properly and if all the muscles were properly engaged, it would work.

I can understand that it is hard to find time to join a Pilates class in today’s fast paced world. So it’s down to making sacrifices and making time. All you need is an hour once or twice a week and you will soon discover that you feel and look better. On the health aspects, it will support you but it isn’t used to cure a disease. Pilates is a useful therapy for those recovering from any injury or pain, with the guidance of a qualified Pilates instructor, that is.

I knew of a friend in the loose diamonds business and she was telling me how she’d need to cancel a dinner appointment just so that she won’t miss her Pilates class. So it’s all about determination and sacrifice.

Tomorrow will be another Polestar Pilates class for me. Some of the intermediate workouts on the mat can be killing but I trust that it’s paying of. Here’s a Pilates video for this week… enjoy.
