After a good Pilates workout yesterday, I find myself wanting to learn more about the other Pilates training available.
There are several teachers training courses available out there and I’m really keen to explore. Personally, I have benefited from Pilates fitness greatly and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a non strenuous workout option. This is to me the best ‘best diet pills‘ available and you don’t even need to worry about any side effects. It does require commitment and efforts on your part but you know for sure that something good is happening after each Pilates workout.
This weekend, I’ll be doing my research to find out the different Pilates courses available and who knows, this may be just a new career for me as I hit the big 4!
