Considering a Pilates Class Certification

Lately, I have been thinking about taking a Pilates training certification course.

This thought came about after my experience with Pilates fitness in the last four months. I have seen visible improvements and results on my overall physique especially my lower body, my legs are more toned and stronger. Though I’m not a big fan of lower body Pilates workout (it’s tiring!) but I know it is a good way to strengthen the core muscles of the body.

In a Pilates studio, you don’t see area rugs or carpets except for wooden flooring and you need to be in your socks during the work out. No shoes are required in Pilates classes except for the socks on your feet. Though I don’t perspire often, I always leave the Pilates class tired and worn. I could feel as if I have had a marathon in just an hour!

So I may look into the other Pilates class certification courses and make a comparison before making a final decision. My Pilates journey is definitely getting more exciting!
