Weight loss and pilates training seem to be associated closely to each other. Many women have turned to a Pilates class to lose the extra pounds though this was not what Joseph Pilates had intended the exercise for.
I had an intense leg workout this morning in the Pilates class and it was one of the most tiring ones. After two months of Pilates training, I felt that my legs have become more toned and stronger. My arms are looking more defined and my backaches are not noticeable now. With a stronger back and body, I should have no problems with the moving pods for our move.
With the weekends leading up, I would have a better excuse for indulging in my lattes and chicken dinners after a great Pilates workout today. But I can assure you that I haven’t been practicing Pilates for weight loss reasons.
