It was another great pilates training yesterday. I left the pilates class with wobbly legs and couldn’t help but took a nap after lunch.
Sometimes I wonder why do I often feel so tired after a pilates class. I gather that it is due to the isolation of core muscles training and it is effective to strengthen the overall body. Eversince I begun pilates classes, I have also paid closer attention to my health and started to take body vitamins to complement my pilates training. Just like how pet lovers would feed their pets with pet supplements, it is important to supplement the body with essential vitamins for strength and vitality.
Perhaps, i should also look into grabbing a pilates mat video for my home workouts.
