It feels good to know that my Pilates fitness classes are bringing improvements to my posture and overall body composition. I feel my legs and arms getting stronger and my legs are more toned.
Taking time off for my Pilates fitness classes is also a good break from work and the mundane of my daily routine. I could switch off my mobile and focus on the exercise and till now I cannot understand why some people would put on their Bluetooth headset when they are in the gym or exercising. Why can’t they take a break and focus on what they are doing?
I can’t wait for the next Pilates fitness class the day after tomorrow. Those muscles of mine do need more toning and building!
