Whenever I speak to any person who is fighting weight loss issues, my first question would be the dietary patterns of the individual. And if you think that pilates fitness is going to help you lose weight while you continue your unhealthy eating, you will be disappointed.
I was shopping for baby bedding with a good friend after my pilates fitness class and when it came to settling down for lunch, I was surprised that to see her indulging in a huge cheeseburger. While I’m not against cheeseburger, I didn’t think that was the right food after a pilates exercise!
So think about your dietary patterns and how it’s helping or affecting your weight loss goals. It’s never too late to make a change and adjust your lifestyle for the better of your health
