Today isn’t a day to talk about dieting and after all, I do deserve a nice gourmet dinner after a good pilates fitness workout last week.
Hubby and myself have decided to eat in this Valentine’s day. With rising food costs and alarming dinner prices in restaurants for this special occasion, cooking our own valentine’s day is a meaningful choice. We bought some rib eye steaks, corn, broccoli and chips for the occasion. It looks like I may need an extra pilates fitness workout tomorrow. One thing for sure, you can stop worrying about your weight loss pill today and eat your heart out. Just make sure you slip in some time for some pilates exercise sometime in the week.
