Welcome to my new Pilates Fitness blog. Initially, I have started this blog to talk about good living in the digital world. But after much thoughts in the last few weeks, I would be changing this blog topic to something more specific – Pilates Fitness, that is.
I started pilates fitness training only last month after a long time of procrastination. I set a goal early this year that I have to get started with my pilates fitness dream and am glad that I’ve already done three classes of pilates reformer so far. I have to admit that I wasn’t going to sign up initially as the one-on-one pilates training was rather costly. So in order to finance my pilates training dream, I have decided to choose low cost life insurance this time around.
Even though pilates fitness is a low intensity workout, it helps to strengthen core muscles and align the body balance. To be more specific, I have opted for stott pilates training for a start as my research indicated that this contemporary pilates training is better for the posture and back curvature compared to traditional pilates fitness.
While I’m still very new to pilates fitness, I will be doing more research on this subject as I continue to tone up this body of mine in the next few months of pilates fitness training.
