finding a solution for the messy office

It’s getting frustrating  when I have to walk into the office to face the messy files on the shelves and table. For a long time, I’ve been thinking of ways to solve this messy issue.  I have to admit my procrastination for  finding a solution to all the stacks of important documents in the office. Old they may seem but they are too important to be discarded – you just never know when you need them!

For me, good living is about keeping the house neat and tidy. This applies to the office too. Somehow, a neat room and table offer peace of mind and a calmer ambience. It must be psychological, the men may think. So when I read about document scanning service at Recordnations, it sounds like a solution to our messy office situation. With document scanning service, we can have them all scanned and stored in database and accessed them at our convenience. The advantage is we do need to worry about filing again and the scanning service will free up the space in our home office. Most importantly, they are ‘out of sight’ when I walk into the office every morning!
