do you need fats?

As we have learned from the health experts, health blogs and our doctors, not all fats are bad after all. From day to day, the amount of fat you eat will vary. Some meals and some days will be higher in fat than others. Even high fat meals can be kept in line with healthy eating as long as you balance those days accordingly. But again, if you are overweight or struggling over acne treatment on your face, you may want to cut down foods high in fat. The average fat intake over the course of weeks and months is important and not so much on the fat intake of every meal and food you consume. Good fats refer to monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats whereas bad fats are saturated fats and trans fats.
