Sometimes, I wish I’m more well versed with technology especially with tech gadgets and equipment in my home office. I dislike waiting for support’s help these days since most of the customer help desk is channeled to automated help lines. It can be frustrating and annoying, especially if I’m not one of those who has the virtue of patience.
All I know is the difference between rom and ram but ask me about hard disk partition and stuff, I’ll be clueless. I love my Macbook Pro for that matter cos it’s less complicated than a PC. But when the printer starts to display little specks on the paper, I can’t seem to figure out the problem after two weeks. It does look like I need to send it in for some real help from the technical department. With cheaper laptops, computers, printers and scanners, I guess I can’t expect these tech products to last longer than before.
