Do you have a hobby? What are hobbies anyways? Hobbies are something that you enjoy doing, it could be collecting coins, dolls, matchbox cars, scrapbooking, knitting..etc. Personally, I encourage everyone to have a hobby even if you think that it is a simple one. What matters most is that you must have a passion and special interest for it. We all have different hobbies and different ideas of what hobbies are. Some people make fishing and hunting their hobbies. For me, it’s travelling and online shopping! Oops, is that a hobby? LOL. Whatever you enjoy, remember that when you want to get your mind free of stress, sit down and try to figure out what you what to do for a hobby. The idle mind is the devil’s playground, they say.
