I’m still celebrating Chinese New Year here in Singapore and when it’s really quite hard to post regularly when the travel schedule is demanding.
It’s nice to be home to witness all the bright and cheery New Year decorations on the streets and in most Chinese households. The Chinese are ‘big’ on keeping traditions during the Lunar New Year and you expect to see new furnishings and add-ons in their homes weeks before the festive. As for me, I’m only keen on my favourite foods such as dried pork, pineapple tarts and egg rolls. I really should put in more efforts in adding more ambience during the festive next time. For now, I’ll be enjoying quality time with my family and eating to my heart’s content.
